Tracy M. Griffin is a technology support paralegal. She is a graduate of Kaplan University.

Tina Winn has joined the Grove office of Long & Foster Real Estate.

At Touchstone Bank:

Joseph Pennington is senior vice president/chief accounting officer. He will transition to executive vice president/chief financial officer, effective Jan.1. He had been with Sonabank and is a graduate of West Virginia University.

Vera Primm will transition to executive vice president/chief accounting officer. She is currently executive vice president and chief financial officer.

James Sedlar is executive vice president and chief lending officer. He is a graduate of Randolph Macon College.

Construction

Kayla Giambra is a pre-construction coordinator for Riverstone.

Andy Sims is a project manager. He had been with AdvanceTEC.

Ben Wilson is a superintendent. He had been with Haley Builders.

Whitney Wright is an administrative assistant. She had been with the Hermitage Country Club.

Lauren Sheppard has joined Seneca Resources as a delivery consultant. She had been with Metro Systems and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.

Brian Deasy has joined BetterMed Urgent Care as chief operating officer. He had been with Impact Makers and has degrees from William & Mary and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Dr. Sagar Shah has joined the Prince George County office of the Foot & Ankle Center.

Ryan Dunn is executive director of the Virginia Dental Association. He had been with the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.

Kelly Gee has joined the Virginia Lottery as manager of state government relations. She had been with Virginia House of Delegates and is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

Shannon Cowan has joined Mobelux as a product strategist. She had been with Evergreen Enterprises and is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.
