Supervisors meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. Business includes a public hearing on conveyance of real estate at 3908 Arden Road to nonprofit Southside Community Development and Housing Corp., which plans to build a single-family home to sell to a low-income first-time homebuyer.

The board is set to award annual contracts for engineering services for drainage projects to Timmons Group and A. Morton Thomas & Associates. Fees for each contact would not exceed $300,000 per project or $1.5 million per year. A $509,000 contract also is set to be awarded to River Works for a Virginia Home for Boys and Girls stream restoration project.

David Maiden is resigning from the Henrico EDA board. Supervisors plan to appoint a replacement to represent the Brookland District, along with Susan Custer and S. Floyd Mays Jr. as EDA representatives for the Tuckahoe and Varina districts, respectively. Supervisor Dan Schmitt will represent the county on the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission.

City Council member Parker Agelasto announced he will not seek re-election in 2020. The Fifth District representative since 2012 cited family reasons for the decision.

The Capital Region Airport Commission meets Tuesday at 8 a.m. Meetings are held in the first-floor Beverley W. “Booty” Armstrong conference room.
