Lindsey A. Strachan joined IslerDare as a senior associate. She focuses her practice on representing employers in state and federal court and advising clients on a variety of labor and employment matters. She had been with Jackson Lewis and has degrees from Washington and Lee University and the University of Richmond.

Karl Moses joined Spotts Fain as an associate in its creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and insolvency section. His practice focuses on creditors’ rights, commercial litigation, insolvency, workouts and foreclosures. He has degrees from the College of William and Mary and George Mason University.

Andrew Willis joined Hancock Daniel as an associate. He focuses his practice in insurance coverage litigation and counseling. He has degrees from Colgate University and the University of Richmond.


Charles E. Ayers III has been promoted to chief operating officer for Dunlap & Partners.

Kevin McCready, Antwian Taylor and Malena Rodriguez have joined the multi-family group. McCready is a senior service manager. Taylor is a assistant service manager. Rodriguez is an assistant property manager.

Bryan Edwards has joined the single-family group as an assistant property manager.

Jennifer Jinnette is director of sales.

Zach Wehrman is controller.

Erick Forsen is director of purchasing.

Sherwood Day is contracts coordinator and closing concierge.

Chana Unger is a sales assistant for Richmond communities.

Caroline Ward has been promoted to marketing coordinator.

Christopher Carlin has been promoted to senior vice president with the legal specialty group at the Wells Fargo Private Bank. He is a graduate of James Madison University.

Kimberley G. Bolger joined Heritage Wealth Advisors as the senior director for client services and operations. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Patrick Dotter joined Triumph Services as a technical recruiter. He is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College.

David Zaras is IT director of infrastructure and security. He has degrees from Towson University and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Richard Snelling is an associate underwriter in the personal lines division of Aspera. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Paige Flemings is a claims services assistant. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University.


At Quinn Evans:

Shannon Wray, Andrea Quilici and Bo Fairlamb have been promoted to senior associate. Wray is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University. Quilici has degrees from the Eriot-Watt University in Edinburg, Scotland and the University of Florence in Italy. Fairlamb is a graduate of the University of Virginia.

Kelley Holmes and Chris Harrison have been promoted to associate. Holmes has degrees from Virginia Tech and Virginia Commonwealth University. Harrison is a graduate of Boston Architectural College.

Kristina von Tish has been promoted to senior marketing coordinator. She has degrees from the College of William and Mary and The George Washington University.


Liz Young is adult leagues and beach program manager for Richmond Volleyball Club.

Kelly Prescott has joined Colab as a project manager. She had been with Workshop Digital.

Katie Brady has been promoted to senior account executive in the corporate practice. She had been an account executive.

Kyle King has been promoted to account executive in the social media and digital group. He had been an assistant account executive.

Management Services

Gunther Brinkman and Rob McLallen Sr. have joined the business advisory group of the Fahrenheit Advisors. Brinkman is a managing director and will provide operations and manufacturing consulting. McLallen is a senior consultant and will provide fractional, interim and consulting finance and accounting services.
