Daniel T. Schmitt, president and chief business development officer of HHHunt Corp., is retiring at the end of the year. Harry H. “Buck” Hunt IV will become president and remain CEO. Kim Kacani becomes executive vice president of real estate development.

Roberto Roldan has joined Louisville Public Media as city government and politics reporter. He had been with Virginia Public Media.

Dale G. Mullen and Michael H. Brady have joined the administrative law, regulatory compliance and enforcement practice of Whiteford Taylor & Preston as partners.

Kevin Shreiner was promoted to survey division manager at Draper Aden Associates.
