The trio consists of: Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, which sold for $29.5 million and has 157 rooms; Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Worth Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas, which sold for $21.5 million and has 112 rooms; and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Portland Pearl District in Portland, Oregon, which sold for $75 million and has 243 rooms. The company now owns 219 hotels in 36 states.
