Punch collaborated with copywriter Maryann Neary-Gill on naming and branding for locally based Bowerbird Energy Contractors, formerly VLED. The rebrand refers to the family of birds known for the elaborately built structures they use in courtship. Punch also completed a student careers catalog for Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority.

Yeah, What She Said completed rebranding work for Richmond-based Kanawha Capital Management and for Pelota Training, a soccer technical training company based in Maryland. Work for Kanawha included a new website, messaging, logos and ads. Work for Pelota included a website, messaging, logos and client-facing sales materials.

Addison Clark added three new employees. Videographer Mitch Vaile is a Liberty University alum and has previously worked freelance with several Richmond agencies. Ben Malakoff and Meghan Schmidt are account managers. Malakoff graduated from VCU and previously worked as a reporter for an NBC affiliate in Montana. Schmidt is a recent Virginia Tech graduate.

Addison Clark redesigned an ecommerce website for Sana USA, a U.S. and Canadian brand of European home kitchen appliance company Sana. The agency was hired by Silver Stagecoach, a restroom rental company, to develop a marketing strategy to launch the new business. Work will include developing a logo, website, marketing collateral, video, digital marketing and advertising.

Arts & Letters was named lead creative agency for Zola, an online wedding company based in New York City. The agency hired Ignasi Tudela as a creative director. He was most recently at Polaroid, an agency in Amsterdam.

The King Agency hired Suzy Rohler as senior director of strategic services, a new position. Rohler has nearly 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles and has previously worked at Virginia529 College Savings Plan, Maymont Foundation and Feed More.

Evergib developed a brand launch video for client VPM’s upcoming “News Focal Point” show. The agency worked with Karnes Coffey on brand design and Mad Box Made on motion graphics for the video, which includes music by Red Amp Audio and voiceover by show host Angie Miles.

Dotted Line completed a campaign for Worksite Labs. Called the FLY2HI contest, the campaign built the brand’s Instagram follower base with a chance to win airline miles through a Hawaiian airline.

Brandcenter Executive Director Vann Graves was named dean of the Cannes Lions’ Creative Academy, a certificate program and component of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. A Lion recipient himself, Graves will lead the cohort of 30 individuals from around the world when the academy takes place in June in Cannes, France.
