The tobacco giant filed its fourth quarter 2021 earnings report. The company reported $6.3 billion in net revenues for the period, down 0.8 percent from its net revenues for the same period the previous year.

The company has also filed its full-year results for 2021. The company reported $26 billion in net revenues, down 0.5 percent from its net revenues in 2020.

Dinyar S. Devitre has notified the company that he plans to retire from the board of directors at the end of his current term. Devitre has been on the board since 2008.

ASGN (ASGN)

The company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share of common stock, payable on Feb. 25, to shareholders of record as of Feb. 11. It also declared a quarterly dividend on the outstanding shares of the its series A preferred stock. The dividend of $171.88 per share is payable on March 1, to holders of record as of Feb. 14.

Maria Tedesco, who was last month was appointed as the company’s COO, in addition to her role as president, received a pay raise in line with her responsibilities. Her base salary is now $606,000.

C&F Financial (CFFI)

The mortgage REIT filed its fourth quarter and full-year 2021 earnings report.

In the fourth quarter 2021, the company reported a net interest income of $15.6 million, which was a $1.2 million increase compared to the third quarter of 2021. Net interest income for 2021 was $54.4 million, compared to $63.9 million in 2020.

CEO Byron L. Boston bought 12,600 shares at about $16 per share for a total of $201,600. Boston directly owns 358,177 shares of common stock.
