The region’s high-end housing market stayed hot heading into summer, with four $2 million deals leading the pack of Richmond-area home sales in June.

Topping the list was 22 Tempsford Lane, a 5,300-square-foot house near the Country Club of Virginia that sold June 16 for $2.4 million.

The five-bedroom home with four bathrooms and two half-baths had been listed in mid-May for $2.3 million and was put under contract two days later.
