Tilt Creative + Production hired Dontrese Brown as executive vice president and chief growth officer. Brown founded and is CEO of local marketing agency BrownBaylor and has held creative director roles at Capital One and other companies.

Shapes & Colors rebranded and redesigned the website for Tuckahoe Montessori School. Robin Pyle with Vertical Sandbox completed the updated introductory video.

Arts & Letters was assigned to revive the “This Is SportsCenter” campaign for client ESPN, Adweek reports. The agency also released a 30-second spot for ESPN featuring NBA legends and dreamscapes created through Epic Games’ Unreal Engine program. Rich Weinstein

The Brandcenter hired Rich Weinstein as associate director of extension programs. The role includes oversight over the Brandcenter’s executive education division and other extended offerings. Weinstein had been a managing director at Arts & Letters since its inception and previously worked at The Martin Agency.

Addison Clark was hired by MoneyPulse, a financial planning business. Work will include paid and organic social media marketing, Google advertising and email marketing. For Sana USA, the agency produced 15-second YouTube ads highlighting the company’s line of juicers and other home products.

Brand Federation completed a rebrand for Brass Beds of Virginia, now known as Worthen. The rebrand included a new website and e-commerce platform and coincides with the 50-year-old company’s move from Scott’s Addition to 4300 Carolina Ave. in Henrico.
