Poolhouse produced a video featuring Gov. Glenn Youngkin making his March Madness picks with mascots from Virginia universities. It also created a video for Brewer Science, a microelectronic materials manufacturer in Missouri.

Lloyd R Leitstein Marketing and Public Relations selected two students for its sports marketing internship program: Abby Alieri from Elon University, and Ashlyn Blotzer from Portland State University.

Addison Clark designed a website for Culinary Futures, a culinary scholarship program. It also launched a new website for client Radiologic Associates of Fredericksburg.

Dotted Line produced a video for American Heart Association’s Richmond chapter as a sponsor of this year’s Go Red campaign. The video was created with animation house Studio Flatland and shown at the Women of Impact program luncheon. The agency also developed social assets and supporting materials.

Familiar Creatures completed a new campaign for client Kernel Season’s. The “Just Add Interesting” campaign launched with a series of 30-, 15- and six-second ads on Hulu, Pluto, Samsung TV Plus, Discovery Networks and Sling TV. The campaign includes digital and social media components as well as radio ads and an activation at various Comic-Con shows.

Red Orange hired Amy Boze as an account manager at its Richmond office.

Advertising Club of Richmond held its annual Richmond Show at Altria Theater. Best-in-shows went to The King Agency in the advertising and design categories, Bridget Guckin in the interactive category, Mondial in the production category and ODU’s Noelle Jessup in the student competition. Arts & LettersCharles Hodges was named Ad Person of the Year.

Brandcenter held its annual recruiter session in-person for the first time since 2019. Local agencies that participated in this year’s session included Arts & Letters, Brand Federation, Elevation, Familiar Creatures, The Martin Agency and West Cary Group.
