Atlantic Union Bankshares (AUB)

Heather Cox resigned from the board of directors effective July 13. Cox recently became president of Sapphire Digital, a division of healthcare payments company Zelis. Her resignation was attributed to the time commitment and responsibilities of her new job, according to an Atlantic Union announcement.

Brink’s (BCO)

Douglas Pertz, former board chairman of the armored car giant, has entered a consulting agreement with Brink’s. The agreement is for services for a 12-month period through May 7, 2024. Pertz will be paid $1.3 million. Full announcement here.

C&F Financial (CFFI)

The company reported that board of directors member James Hudson has died. Hudson had served on the board since 1997.

CarMax (KMX)

Executive Vice President James Lyski sold 67,345 shares at about $84 per share for a total of $5.7 million. Lyski directly owns 21,786 shares of common stock.

Senior Vice President Darren Newberry sold 9,607 shares at about $85 per share for a total of $816,595. Newberry directly owns 10,417 shares of common stock.

Senior Vice President Jon Daniels sold 15,730 shares at about $85 per share for a total of $1.3 million. Daniels directly owns 1,525 shares of common stock.

Dominion (D)

The power utility agreed to sell for $3.3 billion its 50 percent non-controlling limited partner interest in Maryland natural gas facility Cove Point to a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy Co., which operates the facility, according to a Dominion announcement. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year.

COO Diane Leopold sold 6,250 shares at about $49 per share for a total of $306,250. Leopold directly owns 100,115 shares of common stock.

Dominion recently entered into two $600 million, 364-day term loan facilities. The facilities will mature on July 5, 2024, and the company borrowed an initial $750 million under the facilities to repay debt and other uses, according to a company announcement.
