Non-invasively Adjustable Spinal Stabilization Device
Patent No. 11744617
A spinal stabilization device that can be used to non-invasively correct spacing and curvature between at least two vertebral structures. The spinal stabilization device includes two telescoping tubes wherein ends of the two tubes can have pedicle screws that can be fastened to two or more vertebral bones. The overall length of the spinal stabilization device can be adjusted by moving the inner tube within the outer tube. Both the outer tube and the inner tube have multiple holes for receiving fasteners, wherein a fastener can be inserted through a hole in the outer tube into a hole in the inner tube for interlocking the inner tube and outer tube. The extension of the fastener into the holes and retraction from the holes can be controlled non-invasively from an external source. When the fastener is disengaged, the inner tube and the outer tube can freely move relative to each other, and the positions of the two or more vertebral bones can be non-invasively adjusted by subjecting a person to predefined movements and body posture. Upon achieving the desired positions, the fastener can be engaged to interlock the inner tube and the outer tube.

Locking Mechanism
Patent No. 11745043
A lock mechanism which can be placed on a shaft, such as a bar or pole, in either a first direction or second direction, is secured to the shaft using two sets of balls which project out of apertures in an inner cylinder to frictionally engage the shaft. The balls are selectively retractable from their projecting position to allow the inner cylinder to slide on and/or be removed from the shaft. Biasing members, such as wavy springs, bias the two sides of the lock mechanism towards one another. In the locked configuration, the balls are forced by inclined surfaces within the two sides to project outwardly from the inner hollow cylinder. The inclined surfaces are aligned with two rows of apertures in the inner hollow cylinder, and they are inclined in opposite directions. Thus, either way the lock mechanism is installed or placed on the shaft, the balls will project out of the apertures in the inner hollow cylinder and will securely engage the shaft.

Systems And Methods For Stabilizer Control
Patent No. 11755049
A method, apparatus, system and computer program is provided for controlling an electric power system, including implementation of a voltage control and conservation (VCC) system used to optimally control the independent voltage and capacitor banks using a linear optimization methodology to minimize the losses in the EEDCS and the EUS. An energy validation process system (EVP) is provided which is used to document the savings of the VCC and an EPP is used to optimize improvements to the EEDCS for continuously improving the energy losses in the EEDS. The EVP system measures the improvement in the EEDS a result of operating the VCC system in the “ON” state determining the level of energy conservation achieved by the VCC system. In addition the VCC system monitors pattern recognition events and compares them to the report-by-exception data to detect HVL events. If one is detected the VCC optimizes the capacity of the EEDS to respond to the HVL events by centering the piecewise linear solution maximizing the ability of the EDDS to absorb the HVL event. The VCC stabilizer function integrates voltage data from AMI meters and assess the state of the grid and initiates appropriate voltage control actions to hedge against predictable voltage risks.
