The hotel-focused real estate investment trust has purchased the AC Hotel by Marriott Washington DC Convention Center, a 234-room hotel, for $116.8 million. The hotel at 601 K St. NW opened in October 2020. ITs amenities include a rooftop bar and restaurant, a 1,500-square-foot fitness center and ground-floor retail space, according to a news release.
