The Martin Agency released its latest campaign for underwear brand Hanes, Muse by Clio reports. Called “The Great Softening,” the Western-themed campaign includes a 90-second spot and a 30-second version. Martin also released a campaign for grooming brand Axe, detailed on The Drum.

Martin’s Kristen Cavallo, who stepped down as CEO in January after six years in the post, is retiring from the industry this spring. Parent company Interpublic Group announced Cavallo will retire as global CEO of sister agency MullenLowe, a dual post she has held since 2022.

IPG said Cavallo will remain an advisor to MullenLowe until 2025, and that Cavallo plans to get involved in political and societal causes. She is succeeded at Martin by CEO Danny Robinson.

Martin promoted Adrienne Cleveland to chief operating and culture officer, according to Little Black Book Online. Cleveland had been a senior vice president and managing director since starting at Martin a year ago. She previously was CEO of sports facility UTurn. Cleveland replaces Carmina Drummond, who remains with the agency.

Arts & Letters promoted five staffers to creative director. Geoff Castillo, Zac Milner, Lillian O’Connor, Cody Pate and Brett Simone will lead creative across accounts such as Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Hubspot and Google, according to LBB Online.

Torx completed a website redesign for Hotel Cape Charles and launched a new website for Camp Mont Shenandoah, an all-girls summer camp in Bath County.

Addison Clark developed a website for client Carytown Optical. The new site will be supported by ongoing paid advertising and search engine optimization by the agency.

Colab’s website for Idaho Central Credit Union won in the website category of America’s Credit Unions’ 2024 Diamond Awards for credit union marketing.

Elevation won a gold in the Muse Creative Awards for its Bacon Bait lure promotion for Farmland Foods. The agency collaborated with River City Swimbaits to create the limited-edition lure for Farmland’s sponsorship of country singer Luke Bryan’s 2023 Farm Tour.
