Generating Augmented Reality Tours
Patent No 11983396
The disclosed methods and systems generate augmented reality tours. Initially, information associated with a tour place of the augmented reality tour is received. Subsequently, a set of points of interest associated with the tour place is selected based on the information associated with the tour place. Further, a plurality of nodes associated with each point of interest of the set of points of interests are generated. The plurality of nodes includes at least one of a menu node, a marker node, a location node, a scene node, a timer node, a full screen video node, an instant tracking node, and a pause node. Finally, a combination of one or more nodes of the plurality of nodes is modified to create tour paths in the augmented reality tour, thus generating the augmented reality tour in real-time.

Crafting Effective Policies For Identity And Access Management Roles
Patent No. 11983283
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for preemptively evaluating whether roles are over-privileged within an (IAM) identity and access management system. Roles may be over-privileged when they are granted permissions to perform certain actions outside the scope granted to those roles. The evaluation occurs without submitting the certain actions to the IAM system and allows roles to be evaluated on a preemptive basis so that corrective actions may be taken to prevent unauthorized access to resources. Roles may be associated with policies which may each define different permissions for accessing resources. The evaluation may involve generating an effective policy from the policies associated with a role to provide a comprehensive view of all permissions associated with the role. The specified solution operates to generate an effective permission for accessing a resource and evaluating whether that effective permission is outside of a permissible scope of access for the role.

Metadata-aware Templating Engine For Assigning Internet Protocol Address Space In An Organization
Patent No. 11985032
A templating engine in a network management platform creates and stores named templates that describe a network state associating one or more IP address blocks and sub-blocks with one or more corresponding attributes of potential and actual network resources. Named templates comprise, for each IP address sub-block, a data object including a set of actions to be taken in response to provisioning requests based on metadata associated with a network resource identified by the request. Responsive to a provisioning request for access by a resource to the enterprise network, an executed template automatically assigns an IP address to that resource in one of the sub-blocks according to identified attributes of the resource. The executing template automatically notifies external systems of the IP address assignment of the enterprise network.

In an embodiment, each of the transmitting and receiving devices can contain a master key. The transmitting device can generate a diversified key using the master key, protect a counter value and encrypt data prior to transmitting to the receiving device, which can generate the diversified key based on the master key and can decrypt the data and validate the protected counter value using the diversified key. Example embodiments of systems and methods can be used to provide further authentication and added levels of security for transactions.

Identifying High Effort Statements For Call Center Summaries
Patent No. 11989514
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for machine learning systems to process incoming call-center calls to provide communication summaries that capture effort levels of statements made during interactive communications. For a given call, the system receives a transcript as the input and generates a textual summary as the output. In order to improve a call summary and customize a summarization task to a call center domain, the technology disclosed herein may employ a classifier that predicts an effort level and attention score for individual utterances within a call transcript, ranks the attention scores and uses selected ones of the ranked utterances in the summary.

Systems For Database Searching And Database Schemas Management And Methods Of Use Thereof
Patent No. 11989506
Systems and methods of the present disclosure enable database search. The systems and/or methods may include receiving a search query that includes an input document having text. Word embeddings are generated within the input document, where the word embeddings include vector representations of words in the text of the input document. An average input document word embedding vector is determined for the word embeddings of the input document. A set of stored documents is accessed, where each stored document includes a stored text has a particular average stored document word embedding vector. A similarity model is used to determine a similarity metric measuring the similarity between the input document and each stored document based on the average input document word embedding vector and the particular average stored document word embedding vector of each stored document.
