Over the last two years, FORVIS has been on an exciting change journey—one that has increased our global reach while simultaneously expanding our local impact. In June 2024, we took a bold step with the launch of Forvis Mazars, our new global network. This unique opportunity allows us to better serve our clients, including those with international needs, and support our people on a path of continued growth. As Forvis Mazars, we remain deeply committed to staying rooted in the local communities we serve. We are proud to continue being your same local team, now with a new global reach.
1. Bringing jobs and driving growth in local economies
We continue to hire great talent with increased growth across the region. In FY 2024, we added more than 500 positions across all regions, including more than 60 in the Mid- Atlantic region and over 120 in our consulting practice. Earlier this year, we hired a record class of 55 new interns from Charlotte, NC to Washington, DC for the spring and summer of 2024.
Our partnerships with local universities—including 10 universities from Virginia—position us as an engine for growth in those markets.
Specifically, in Virginia, we are proud to be listed in the Virginia Business Magazine Big Book as one of the top five largest accounting firms. We serve clients across multiple industries, including manufacturing and distribution, construction and real estate, public sector, government contracting, healthcare, private equity, and nonprofits. We have experienced significant demand for our services because of our knowledge and being a trusted resource when it comes to regulatory changes and consolidation activity.
As Forvis Mazars, we anticipate continued hiring and personnel growth in our Richmond, Norfolk, and Metro D.C. offices to better serve our local clients. We anticipate surpassing $2 billion in revenue and expanding to 7,000 team members in the U.S. alone. All of that adds up to greater visibility and market presence in Virginia and beyond.
2. Giving back to local communities
As Forvis Mazars, we seek to unlock the full potential of those we serve and make a positive difference in the lives of our people, clients, and communities. To continue that tradition, we formed the Forvis Mazars Foundation, the firm’s charitable arm, aimed at enriching the communities Forvis Mazars serves through financial donations and volunteerism, with a central focus on supporting 501(c)(3) organizations dedicated to combating hunger and achieving food security for all, promoting good health and well-being, and ensuring an equal opportunity for all students to access quality education. During FY 2023, the Forvis Mazars Foundation donated $2.2 million to organizations to make an impact for good.
As Forvis Mazars, we are committed to corporate responsibility, launching the FORgood Community Engagement Program. Across our expansive footprint, we have seen countless acts of kindness and collaboration that truly embody what it means to make a difference. Our inaugural FORgood IMPACT Days from June 24–28 are our collective opportunity to harness this incredible energy and amplify the positive change we bring to our communities. Throughout this week, Virginia team members will partner with Chippokes State Park, the Richmond Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Hope Haven, The United Way of South Hampton Roads, Cornerstones, Fear 2 Freedom, and Northern Virginia Family Service.
