Design work for developer Diamond District Partners LLC and the City of Richmond will include gateway signage, public streetscapes and marketing for the area. The agency completed a visual identity, new website and interiors for local foster care service Fostering Acadia.
Padilla was named agency of record for Florida Department of Citrus, an executive agency of Florida government charged with marketing, research and regulation of the state’s citrus industry. Work will include consumer marketing and issues management programs and will be handled in part by the agency’s Richmond office.

The Martin Agency collaborated with nonprofits She Should Run and When We All Vote on a children’s book called “Princess & the Pea-tition.” The book is authored by Martin creative director Kim Nguyen and was released in conjunction with National Voter Registration Day. Martin also released a new Geico spot featuring past mascots Gecko and Caveman, Little Black Book reports.
Addison Clark designed a new website for Medical Imaging of Fredericksburg and produced a video for Virginia Health Workforce Development Authority to promote a scholar program.
Studio Flatland won a gold Muse Award for a video it produced for Henrico CASA. The three-minute animation features a score, sound design and voiceover by Flatland’s Lauren Lael and also won a Vega award earlier this year.
Two Tango Collaborative has three new hires. Rachel Deel is an account coordinator. She previously worked at Yebo and is a Virginia Tech grad. Michael Foster is a group account director following stints at Fable, Martin Agency, Barber Martin Agency and Elevation. Rob Reid is 360 planner, director. He worked eight years at Two Tango predecessor NDP and was more recently with Elevation.
Arts & Letters completed a new global campaign and brand operating system for Google Chrome as part of its “There’s No Place Like Chrome” series.
