Systems and methods for automated determination of network device transiting data attributes

Patent No. 9,866,467

A system for determining network device transiting data attributes includes one or more memory devices storing instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to run a first script on all static ports of a network and run a second script on all known ports of the network. The system may parse the parameters returned from the first and second scripts to identify one or more identified ports of the known ports. The system may run a third script on the one or more identified ports to force one or more denials at the identified ports. Based on the one or more denials, the system may determine network device transiting data attributes including but not limited to allowed protocols and directionality for each of the one or more identified ports.

System and method for automatically authenticating a caller

Patent No. 9,864,996

Systems and methods include an input interface that receives registration information including a contact number input into a mobile device of a user, a call interface that transmits a call signal to a call center system, wherein the call signal comprises the call signal contact number that placed a call associated with the call signal and a communication interface that transmits the registration information to a profile database that stores the registration information as a profile for authenticating the mobile device user and identifying information from the mobile device of the user during the call. The call center system includes a call authentication processor that retrieves the user profile, an authentication interface that receives the identifying information, and an authentication processor that compares the identifying information with the user profile, and routes the call on an authenticated call path if the identifying information at least partially matches the user profile.

Irreversible electroporation using tissue vasculature to treat aberrant cell masses or create tissue scaffolds

Patent No. 9,867,652

The present invention relates to the field of medical treatment of diseases and disorders, as well as the field of biomedical engineering. Embodiments of the invention relate to the delivery of Irreversible Electroporation (IRE) through the vasculature of organs to treat tumors embedded deep within the tissue or organ, or to decellularize organs to produce a scaffold from existing animal tissue with the existing vasculature intact. In particular, methods of administering non-thermal irreversible electroporation (IRE) in vivo are provided for the treatment of tumors located in vascularized tissues and organs. Embodiments of the invention further provide scaffolds and tissues from natural sources created using IRE ex vivo to remove cellular debris, maximize recellularization potential, and minimize foreign body immune response. The engineered tissues can be used in methods of treating subjects, such as those in need of tissue replacement or augmentation.
