Departure

Mark McGettrick, CFO for Dominion Energy, is retiring, effective Nov. 1. James Chapman, currently the company’s senior president  of mergers and acquisitions, will succeed him.

Nancy Bagranoff, dean of the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond, has announced her plans to step down from that role, effective June 30, 2019. She’ll stay on as a professor.

Law

Trevor Wind is an associate in the business and corporate section of Williams Mullen. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance and commercial transactions. He had been with Kaplan, Voekler, Cunningham & Frank and has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond.

Ashley Westfall has joined Gavin Law Offices as client engagement manager.

Accounting

Vincent Nadder has been named practice leader of the tax department of Keiter, effective Jan. 1. He is currently partner in charge in the cost segregation services and historic rehabilitation tax credit services.

Banking

Chris Murphy has joined Fulton Bank as a commercial relationship manager in Central Virginia. He had been with BB&T and is a graduate of the University of South Carolina.

Construction

In the properties development division of HHHunt:

Robert Chappelle has been promoted to vice president of development and construction.

Scott Hale has been promoted to director of construction.

Ashley Peace is director of real estate development.

Real Estate

At CBRE|Richmond:

Carter Wells is an operations analyst in the asset services group. He had been with CoStar and has degrees from James Madison University and George Mason University.

Elaine Weaver has been promoted to project coordinator.

Robert Wood is an asset manager in the asset services group. He is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College.

Mike Noe is a graphic designer in the marketing and design group with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer. He is a graduate of James Madison University.

Pamela Eddie and Annie Junker have joined Small & Associates Real Estate as Realtors.

Joining Powhatan County government:

Alyson Oliver is a planner II in the Planning and Zoning Department. She has degree from Ball State University and the University of Virginia.

Peter Lostritto is a GIS coordinator in the IT Department. He has degrees from Frostburg State University and George Mason University.

Noelle James is startup growth director for Startup Virginia. She had been with Christian & Barton.

George McGovern is the 11th scout executive/chief executive officer for the Heart of Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America. He had been with the Southern Region of the Boy Scouts of America.

Chris Hackleman is customer service/project manager for We Think Ink.

Technology

Ben Sudol has joined UDig as a business development representative. He is a graduate of James Madison University.

William Gulledge is a senior recruiter. He had been with TierPM.

Katie Swaim is senior account manager. She had been with Signature Consultants.
