Jonas Marketing launched websites for three clients: The Fix Ministry, a substance abuse-focused residential facility in King William County; Henrico-based Davidson Roofing Co.; and House Call Vet RVA, a veterinary practice in Carytown.  

Padilla promoted two employees in its Manchester office. Katie Brady was promoted from account executive to senior account executive. Kyle King was promoted from assistant account executive to account executive.

Addison Clark built a mobile-friendly website for Retail Merchants Association as part of the local business organization’s Think Shop Buy Local initiative. Members can use the site to sell products through the association and list events.

Think launched a website for Agnihotri Cosmetic Surgery, a subsidiary of locally based Virginia Oral & Facial Surgery. Work included web design and development to support a brand identity system the agency created in May.

Think was hired to design and produce career program brochures for Argo Group, an international specialty insurance underwriter. Arlington-based analytics company RiskSpan retained the agency to provide user experience strategy, website design and development.

Madison+Main hired Jenna Farley as a junior designer. The recent VCU graduate was previously an intern with the agency. Kaitlin Thomas was promoted from senior account manager to account services director. 

Madison+Main is developing a branding, marketing, social media and public relations strategy for a new capital campaign for Housing Families First, a Henrico-based nonprofit. The agency has provided pro bono PR consulting services to the organization in the past.

Lewis Media Partners hired Andrea Stinnette as accounting assistant. Stinnette previously worked at the agency as a senior planner and worked over 10 years at The Martin Agency as associate media director. She is an alumna of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Richmond-based photographer Anna Williams shot images included in new packaging that’s part of a brand redesign for candy maker Russell Stover.

Brandcenter hired two alumni to its creative faculty. KT Schaeffer, a 2001 art direction graduate, brings experience in retail and experiential design at companies like Anthropologie, Nike and Sugar Paper Los Angeles. Tom Scharpf, a 1998 art direction grad, has focused on creative direction at Leo Burnett and Venables Bell & Partners. Both will begin teaching this fall.

Brandcenter also has added Rachel Ensing as recruitment and admissions director. She has a master’s degree from University of Miami and has worked at N.C. State, The College Board and Jack Kent Cooke Foundation.

NDP won two awards in the Southeast division of the 2019 Ad Awards, part of the annual Hospital Marketing National Conference held in Atlanta. The agency’s work for Baton Rouge General Medical Center won a Silver Award in the Best Television Campaign category and received an honorable mention in the Best Website category.
