The analyzed and summarized eye movements are cataloged, interpreted and utilized in a diagnostic matrix in order to highlight and distinguish abnormal eye movements, and to provide an objective clinical or pre-clinical/pre-symptomatic diagnosis based on the non-invasive testing procedures.

A method of forming a heater assembly of an e-vaping device includes bending a wire to form a first lobe and bending the wire to form a second lobe. The first lobe and the second lobe form a generally sinuously-shaped heater having a first set of lobes and a second set of lobe. A first apex of the first lobe is generally opposite a second apex of the second lobe. The method may also include curling the first set of lobes towards the second set of lobes to form a heater having a substantially tubular form. The heater defines an opening there through.

Aspects described herein allow for systems and methods to monitor production changes to resources in a cloud computing environment and determine whether those changes were performed in accordance with a change management policy. The change order monitoring application then uses a machine learning algorithm to cluster multiple change events together when it is likely that the change events were part of the same change.
