Chip Phillips has announced his retirement from Ernst & Young, effective in June. He is the office managing partner. Damian Klute will become the office managing partner and the transition will begin in January.

Law

Carrick Brooke-Davidson has joined Williams Mullen as a partner in the environment and natural resources group. He had been with Vinson & Elkins in Austin, Texas, and has degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the University of Texas.

Jim Driggs has joined Keith Harvey as a partner in the newly formed Harvey & Driggs. He had been with Cawthorn, Deskevich & Gavin.

W. Henry M. Jones has been named principal with CowanGates.

Whitney E. Nelson has joined Isler Dare as an associate. She focuses her practice on representing employers in state and federal court.

Chelsea Newcomb and Loretta Johnson joined Neumann+Dunn as Realtors.
