Plaintiff says defendant refused to provide any credit for the overpayment and plaintiff was unwilling to extend the lease in absence of fair credit, so notified defendant on Dec. 18, 2020, that it would not renew the lease and vacated the building. Plaintiff says it is due compensation for overpaid rent and the return of its security deposit and seeks judgment of no less than $51,311.62.
