Plaintiffs further allege that after uncovering a portion of defendant’s misconduct, plaintiffs terminated their relationship, but Dodson Management continued to harm plaintiffs by failing to abide by the termination agreement and refusing to complete and turn over necessary financial information. Plaintiffs seek damages of no less than $2 million, punitive damages to be proven at trial, and imposition of a constructive trust on and an order requiring a full accounting of all actions taken during defendant’s tenure.
