Richard Schultz will become the first chief development officer at United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg. Schultz was previously at Feed More Inc. and Meals on Wheels Serving Central Virginia. Schultz will oversee existing fund-raising work such as the annual campaign and major gifts efforts, and he will help develop and grow other streams of revenue. Prior to joining Meals on Wheels, Schultz was on staff with the American Heart Association and the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation.

Clay Loucks, M.D., will be the new medical director of the Genito Patient First at 11020 Hull Street Road in Midlothian. He has served as the assistant medical director at the location since June 2009. Loucks joined Patient First in 2002, and he is a alumnus of Auburn University and a graduate of the University of Texas (Houston) School of Medicine.
