Elizabeth Breen was promoted to counsel at Hunton & Williams. Breen joined the firm in 2000 with a focus on health-care law. She attended law school at William & Mary and went to the University of Richmond as an undergraduate.
William Newton was promoted to counsel at Hunton & Williams. He joined the firm in 2002 and focuses on domestic and international energy projects. He attended law school at the University of Virginia and went to the University of Richmond as an undergraduate.
Thomas M. Wochok joined Sands Anderson as a member of the health-care and business and professional litigation group. Wochok was most recently with Hamilton Altman Canale & Dillon. He attended law school at the University of Toledo and attended the Catholic University of America as an undergraduate.

Merlin Henkel, one of the founders and the former chief executive of Virginia
Business Bank, has taken a job as the director of business operations at Massanutten Military Academy. He left Virginia Business Bank several years ago.
Ann-Cabell Williams joined EVB as a retail banking executive. Williams attended Salem College.
Scott Fleming was promoted to senior vice president at BB&T. He has been with the bank since 2000. Fleming attended Virginia Commonwealth University.
Architecture
Stewart D. Roberson joined Moseley Architects as chairman of the board and president/chief executive. He succeeds Robert “Bob” Mills, who has been president of the firm since 1988. Roberson is a former superintendent of Hanover County Public Schools. Mills will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.
Bruce Brooks was promoted to associate principal at Baskervill. He has been with the firm for more than eight years. Brooks attended Virginia Tech.
Bradley V. Richards been promoted to associate principal at Baskervill. Richards has been with the firm for more than 12 years. He has a master’s from Virginia Tech and attended William & Mary as an undergraduate.

David Roe will head the Richmond office of digital marketing agency Tahzoo. Roe is a former employee for Ironworks Consulting.
Kate Kobiashvili Christner joined Big River as an account manager. Before joining Big River, Christner worked at for the Martin Agency. She attended Hollins University.

Brian Wickham recently joined Networking Technologies and Support as a deskside support specialist.

Jeffrey Stark joined the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) as a customer support resource manager. Before joining UNOS, Stark was a service delivery manger for IBM. Stark has a master’s from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, N.Y., and attended City University of New York as an undergraduate.
