Don’t miss the bus! The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate is taking a ride from the West End to Downtown showcasing real estate projects

Richmond, VA,  September 1, 2011 – The Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) is revving its engine in preparation for its Inaugural Real Estate Bus Tour.  The tour will feature nine properties, including stops at North Shore Commons, the Residences at the John Marshall, West Broad Village and the Corner at Short Pump.  

The tour takes place on Thursday, September 22 at 2 p.m.  Beginning at North Shore Commons, the bus will go from the West End to Downtown and back to North Shore Commons for a post-tour barbeque.

“For our inaugural bus tour, we wanted to present the most exciting projects inRichmond,” says Eric Robison, president of GRACRE.  “This is a great opportunity to showcase some of the work and plans from area developers and architects.  And the tour also will give the public a preview of some of the most anticipated projects in the region.”

The bus tour features: Innsbrook Next at North Shore Commons,West Broad Village, Deep Run I at Deep Run Office Park, Highland I at Glen Forest Office Park, Residences at the John Marshall, Alterra at West Creek, West Creek Medical Center, Towne Center West and the Corner at Short Pump.

For more information and to register, go to www.gracre.org.  For members, the cost is $25 for the tour, $25 for the barbeque or $40 for both.  For non-members, the cost is $30 for the tour, $30 for the barbeque or $50 for both.  Space is limited, early registration is encouraged.
