Donna Cigich joined the HelpDesk Co. as a sales representative.

Joe Aprile joined the HelpDesk Co. as a support specialist. Aprile was formerly with Windstream.

Jorge Calleja joined the Martin Agency as a creative director. He most recently served as executive creative director for Sid Lee (Amsterdam), where he was responsible for all creative output from the office, including for Red Bull, Oggu, Havana Club and global work for the Adidas brand.

Law

Rand Robins joined Spotts Fain as an associate. He is a member of the litigation section of the firm, focusing on products liability and toxic torts litigation. Before joining the firm, he was associated with Tiller Law Group in Richmond. Robins went to law school at American University and attended UNC as an undergraduate.

Max Morehead joined First Citizens Bank as a commercial banker.

Emily Parker, a recent graduate of James Madison University, joined Kinsale as an associate underwriter.
Reilly Loflin, a recent graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, joined Kinsale as an associate underwriter.
Kevin Sidney, a recent graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, joined Kinsale as an associate underwriter.
August Berling, a recent graduate of Hampden-Sydney College, joined Kinsale as an associate underwriter.
Scott Savage joined Kinsale as a software architect. He was previously with Elephant Insurance.
Jay Howe joined Kinsale as a claims manager. He was previously with James River Insurance.

Michael Roberts was named executive director of the Petersburg Family YMCA. He replaces former executive director Floyd Johnson, who retired this year. Roberts has almost 20 years of experience in working for various YMCA organizations. Most recently, he served as Operations and Livestrong Executive of the YMCA of the Suncoast and YMCA of the USA.
