Madison+Main won seven Telly Awards for its work, more than any other firm in town.

It has two new TV spots for local clients: Howell’s Heating and Air and Davis & Green Electrical.

The firm moved June 20 into a 7,000-square-foot building at 101 E. Cary St.

Neathawk Dubuque & Packett hired nine associates in three cities, including five in Richmond. Among the new hires are Dave Martin, son of the late David Martin, formerly of the Martin Agency, and two VCU graduates.

The Hodges Partnership will continue handling national media relations and message development for Plan G, a website that connects people with nonprofits. Commonwealth Catholic Charities also retained the firm for local and regional media relations.

The Martin Agency is launching Morgan Stanley’s first major brand campaign in four years. The campaign – titled “The Pursuit” – will feature four TV spots, four print ads and video content for Morgan Stanley’s website.

The campaign will have a spot during the Wimbledon Championships in early July and will run through 2013.

Commonwealth Partnership Group will continue to provide social media and public relations consulting for the Independence in Charlottesville and Heritage Commons in Williamsburg. Both are senior living communities.

Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville hired King Agency to provide strategic marketing and advertising.

The firm has begun handling national public relation services for Brunswick Bowling’s investor center. King Agency also designed and developed Sutliff Tobacco’s new website.

Big River won two Telly Awards for its work with the Virginia Lottery.

Correction: A previous version of The Pitch incorrectly stated that Dave Martin, a recent addition to ND&P, was previously with the Martin Agency. Martin’s father, the late David Martin, was formerly with the Martin Agency.
