A Blocktoberfest party broke out downtown Thursday.
9WG Studios celebrated its fourth anniversary by inviting 500 of its clients to eat, drink and listen to music Thursday evening just outside its building at 9 W. Grace St.
On the scene were the Boka Tako Truck and Grate Gourmet Fusion Pizza truck, plus Mrs. Yoder’s Kitchen for dessert. Legend Brewery beer was on tap, and Charlottesville-based band Love Canon entertained the crowd.9WG Studios, which dubbed the event Blocktoberfest, is the umbrella company for recording studio Red Amp Audio, production company Spang TV and Mad Box Post, a motion graphics editing company.
The company’s clients include Capital One, Bon Secours Hospitals, MeadWestvaco and the Barber Martin agency.
