M.L. Bell Properties LLC bought a 9,320-square-foot office/warehouse building at 11029 Richardson Road in Hanover Count from Timble Properties II LLC. Kevin Cox represented the seller.

Divaris Real Estate reports the following deals:

Daniel E. Warren bought a 3,200-square-foot building at 80 La Brook Concourse in Richmond. John Madures represented the seller.

Soma leased 2,364 square feet at River Road Shopping Center in Richmond. Brett McNamee handled lease negotiations.

Wilson Lee Interiors leased 1,599 square feet at the Shoppes at Belvedere at Robious and Huguenot roads in Richmond. Brett McNamee handled lease negotiations.
