The tobacco giant filed its annual report for 2015. Net revenues totaled $25.4 billion, up from $24.5 billion in 2014 and $23.8 billion in 2011. Profits totaled $5.24 billion, up from $5.07 billion the year before and $3.39 billion five years earlier.

Brink’s (BCO)

The armored car giant will hold its annual shareholders meeting May 6 at 10 a.m. at Troutman Sanders, 1001 Haxall Point, 15th floor. Business to be conducted is listed here.

C&F Financial (CFFI)

The parent of C&F Bank appointed Jason E. Long as its new CFO, effective March 15. He’ll hold the position for both the bank and the parent company. He succeeds Tom Cherry, who was named president of the company in December 2014. Long, 36, has been with the company since October 2014. He was previously with Yount, Hyde, Barbour for 12 years. He is a CPA and has masters and bachelors of degrees from Virginia Tech.

The power utility will hold its annual shareholders meeting May 11 at 9:30 a.m. at the Hilton Columbia Center in Columbia, South Carolina. Business to be conducted is detailed here.

CEO Byron Boston sold 12,107 shares of common stock valued at $79,542 to satisfy tax withholding obligations.

Media General (MEG)
