Director Jeffrey Garten sold 6,300 shares of common stock at $53.41 per share for a total of $336,483.

Dominion (D)

The power utility announced the retirement of David Heacock as president and chief nuclear officer effective March 1, 2017. He will continue to serve as Dominion Nuclear president until that date. Senior VP Daniel Stoddard will become chief nuclear officer on Oct. 1.

Genworth Financial (GNW)

The said director John R. Nichols submitted his resignation from the board on Sept. 21 and was effective the next day.  Genworth said his resignation was due to personal health reasons. Nichol’s departure reduces the size of the company’s board to eight directors.

Performance Food Group (PFGC)

The Goochland-based foods distributor announced the appointment of Thomas Ondrof as executive VP and CFO effective Oct. 1. He succeeds Robert Evans, who is retiring after serving as CFO for seven years.

Ondrof, 52, previously served as chief development officer at Compass Group North America. He will receive an initial base salary of $625,000 and will be eligible to receive annual cash bonuses based on performance.

The board previously appointed Meredith Adler to serve as a Class II director effective Sept. 20.
