Union Bankshares (UBSH)

The parent of Union bank filed its latest proxy, disclosing the compensation packages paid to its top executives in 2016. Atop the list was Billy Beale, who retired from his post as CEO earlier this year. Beale’s pay package last year totaled $1.96 million, up from $1.38 million in 2015.
