Ned Smither Jr.
Eugene H. Walter is retiring as director of Henrico County’s Deparment of Finance, effective June 30. Edward N. “Ned” Smither Jr. will replace him July 1. Smither has been director of the accounting division and has degrees from the University of Richmond.
Billy Gammel is leaving the Richmond Regional Planning District Commission to join the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development as the GO Virginia policy analyst.
