Hicks has joined the finance and real estate group and represents developers, investors, businesses, lenders, landlords and tenants in all facets of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing and leasing. He had been with Hirschler Fleischer and has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond.
M. Hannah Rudder has joined the finance and real estate group and focuses her practice on the development cycle, from negotiating the purchase/sale of land, to site development, land use entitlements, financing, and leasing. She has degrees from Wake Forest University.
Christel E. “Chrissy” Harlacher focuses her practice in intellection property transactions, including the procurement, assessment, registration and management of trademark and patent portfolios. She has degrees from the University of Florida.

Bill Gregg has been appointed as assistant vice president for the national procurement office. He has degrees from Pennsylvania State University and Frostburg State University.
