This week’s listing includes a home in Glen Allen with an original loan value of more than $800,000, nearly twice as much as the next highest. Plus a property on Rothesay Circle near the river.

For the first time since we’ve been running the list, several properties in the heart of the Fan are on it, and an unusually large number of homes in Glen Allen. Plus two apartment buildings are on the list again.

Three of this week’s properties are making their second appearance in the foreclosure section. And Hooper Homes is reporting foreclosures on five of their lots in the Jackson Crossing subdivision in Hanover County. The original loan value for the lots was not disclosed.

While most original loan values came in between $100,000 and $200,000, one property in Midlothian, and one in Hanover County defaulted on loans over $400,000.

Several higher-end homes are on the list this week, including nine valued at more than $300,000 and a home on Cary Street.
