Some land purchases in Powhatan. An independent grocer leases space in the Museum District. And plenty more office and retail leases all over town.

A law firm and a wine shop take space in Henrico County. An office space sells for nearly $500,000 in the city. And dozens of other leases around town.

Plenty of new leases around town in Carytown, Bellvue and Innsbrook, And a large lease signed on Brook Road.

A slightly slower week but still some notable deals.

Plenty of retail and office leases all around town this week. Plus large spaces leased up near White Oak Village, Stony Point and Innsbrook.

Some big warehouse leases this week in Hanover County. A ton of retail leases all over town, including Mellow Mushroom’s new space in Carytown.

Several large purchases in the Pipeline this week including a $1.2 million sale of a retail property in Chesterfield. Plus, a company leases 26 acres and another takes 100,000 square feet of warehouse space.

A lot of restaurant leases in the Pipeline this week. And one of Richmond’s biggest companies leases nearly 12,000 more square feet.
