Southside reports the largest transaction this week with a $25 million sale of multifamily properties, and Richmond follows closely behind with the purchase of a $21 million site.

Henrico County reports over $97 million in property transfers, including an apartment complex in Short Pump, an industrial site in Varina and office building in Innsbrook.
