Colliers International reports the following deals: 1206 Dinwiddie Avenue LLC purchased a 29,000-square-foot industrial building at 1206 Dinwiddie Avenue in Richmond from W. Douglas Stanley and Wendy R. Stanley for $250,000. Jason Hetherington handled the transaction on behalf of the buyer. A nearly $4 million deal in Short Pump, a big land grab in Caroline, a new tenant in a Wegman’s anchored development and a $2 million warehouse deal in Chesterfield are the highlights of another busy Pipeline.

Lingerfelt CommonWealth announced the following deal: Lingerfelt CommonWealth Realty Partners acquired Towne Place at GreenBrier in Hampton Roads. The purchase price was $15.55 million. The 78,827-square-foot retail center is 94.7 percent leased.
