Pipeline: Commercial Real Estate Round Up 4.29.11

Transystems leased 6,000 square feet in Henrico and CarePoint Medical leased 21,000 square feet in Innsbrook. And more sales are getting signed. NTS, LLC paid $1 million for a 10,000 square-foot office/warehouse building on Westwood Ave. And a 3,000 square-foot office in Mayland Court in Henrico sold for $425,000.

Brandywine Realty Trust bought two buildings in Henrico County from Eola Capital for $12.5 million. Plus a Northern Virginia real estate firm bought the office and retail space at Riverside on the James — the home to Troutman Sanders and Harris Williams. BWI Distribution, meanwhile, leased 16,000 square feet at the Interport Business Center.

Carolina Linen Management leased 28,000 square feet on Leigh Street. Plus a Maryland developer closed on the Verizon building in Carytown. The price tag; $5 million. Plus Slurry Pavers paid $1.1 million for an office/warehouse on Nine Mile Road.

Capital Lighting & Supply leased 8,000 square feet in Chesterfield County. while Gammino Realty & Development purchased 42,000 square feet at 1709 E. Clay Street in Richmond from Tamworth, LLC for $1.5 million.

Pipeline: Commercial Real Estate Round Up for 3.4.11

Coplay Building Products Co. leased 14,415 square feet in Henrico County while mattress company Sleepy’s leased another retail location at Virginia Center Station. Plus Bonefish Grill leased land at West Broad Village to build a restaurant.
