Plus Padow’s Deli is trying to get rid of a franchisee it says isn’t paying its bill, while landlords try to collect backed rent from a record store chain. And a plaintiff is suing the Greater Richmond Transit Authority for, $1 million, claiming he was tossed from the bus into a metal bench by the bus driver when he refused to get off the bus or pay the additional fare.
