Plaintiff says beginning about Sept 18, 2018, until an account was closed on June 7, 2019, defendant wrongfully exercised dominion and control over an account opened by her father, the decedent, allowing a mentally impaired elderly man to be scammed and the funds scammed/stolen from the bank account by refusing to acknowledge her power of attorney or to provide her access to the account. Plaintiff alleges breach of contract and negligence and seeks damages of $207,115.33.
