Another noodle restaurant is opening in the Fan.
Asian eatery My Noodle is moving into the old Cellar Door location at 1600 Monument Ave., according to restaurant owner Somporn Kiatsuranon.
The restaurant in May signed a lease to rent the space from Landmark Property Services. Kiatsuranon said he plans to renovate the 1,900-square-foot space under the Stuart Court Apartments but did not give a cost estimate.
My Noodle has applied for an ABC license to sell beer and wine and could open as early as August, Kiatsuranon said.
When it does open, it will have competition nearby. Noodles & Company, a national chain with more than 300 stores in 25 states, is moving into a new location at 814 W. Grace St.

It will be cool have a Noodle place that’s not a giant chain and a locally owned biz. Good luck!!
