Departures

Tasha Chambers has resigned from the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia, effective Feb. 28.  Adele Johnson will serve as interim executive director.

Lawrence C. Haake III will retire from the Chesterfield County Electoral Board, effective April 1.  Constance L. Tyler has been appointed to replace him. She will be general registrar and director of elections.

Michael L. Toalson, the chief executive officer for the Home Builders Association of Virginia is retiring, effective June 30.

Law

Betsy Davis has joined LeClairRyan as a shareholder on the labor and employment and business litigation teams.  She has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Richmond.

W. Randolph Robins Jr. has joined Emroch and Kilduff as an attorney.  He focuses his practice in personal injury and medical malpractice.  He has degrees from the University of North Carolina and American University.

William F. Seymour IV is a director in the litigation, business law and estate planning and administration rractice groups with FloranceGordonBrown.  His practice focuses on civil matters, including corporate law, business law and insurance defense.  He has degrees from Hampden-Sydney College and University of Richmond.  He  had been a founding principal in the firm of Cherry, Seymour & Baronian.

Joining Bon Secours Richmond Health System:

Dr. Roberta Bogaev is medical director of the Advanced Heart Failure and Mechanical Circulatory Support Center.  She had been with the Texas Heart Institute and has degrees from Virginia Tech and the University of Virginia.

Dr. Winslow J. Borkowski Jr. will lead the Pediatric Neurology Clinic at Bon Secours St. Mary’s Hospital. He has degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University.

Dr. Cynthia Maghakian is an Adult Psychiatrist with Dominion Outpatient Services.  She has degrees from the State University of New York at Oneonta and La Faculte Libre de Medecine de Lille, France.
