Departure

Keith Gill, athletic director for the University of Richmond, has resigned for personal reasons. David Walsh will serve as interim athletic director.

Law

Dave Albo has joined the government relations practice of Williams Mullen, effective this fall. He is currently a member of Virginia House of Delegates.

Banking

Joining TowneBank:

James A. “Jay” DeVoe Jr. and Tracey W. Jameson are senior vice presidents of real estate lending and are based at the Innsbrook office. They had both been with Union Bank and Trust. DeVoe is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. Jameson is a graduate of the College of William and Mary.

Jessica Strum is an assistant vice president, private banking, based at the Gateway Plaza. She had been with Wells Fargo and is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College.

Seth Noonkester has joined Fulton Bank as a senior commercial relationship manager with the Stony Point office. He had been with Wells Fargo and is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Cynthia Roe Brown is executive director of the Goochland Education Foundation.

Stephanie P. Neal has joined Cherry Bekaert as chief human resources officer. She had been with Hospital Corporation of America. She has degrees from Radford University and Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ashley Smartt and Lauren Palmer have joined Dominion Payroll. Smartt is a benefits specialist and Palmer is a time and attendance training specialist.

Investment Banking

James Gilmore has joined Dickinson Williams & Co. as a managing director. Prior to joining the firm he had been with Lincoln International and BB&T Capital Markets. He has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Energy

Robert M. “Bob” Blue, Diane Leopold and Carter M. Reid have been promoted to executive vice presidents with Dominion Energy Inc. Blue is president and chief executive officer for the power delivery group. Leopold is president and chief executive officer with the gas infrastructure group. Reid is chief administrative officer and compliance officer and corporate secretary.

Architecture

Scott Kyle and Jake Wiseman have joined Glavé & Holmes as architects. Kyle joins the higher education studio. He has degrees from Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M University. Wiseman joins the hospitality studio. He is a graduate of Auburn University.

Lena Keane and Annemarie Miranda have Joyner Fine Properties as agents. Keane is with the Maple Avenue office and Miranda is with Midlothian office.
