Kudos to all trying to save Jackson Ward from blight. It is a national treasure that should not be ignored. Here you have a historical neighborhood within a stone’s throw of the convention center, which could provide countless entertainment establishments for those in attendance. The city has neglected this area for too long. If i had the money I’d buy the Armory tomorrow and make a Jackson Ward visitors center. This neighborhood is just as important as Church Hill, The Fan, and Manchester. May it one day reclaim it’s full glory.
