The firm leased 6,235 square feet at Innsbrook in East Shore III at 140 East Shore Dr. in Henrico County. Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations.
An SNL representative confirmed the lease but said the firm did not have further details as to when they plan to open an office and how many people they would hire.
