Architect on two of developer’s projects is sued (Times-Dispatch)
A Norfolk-based bank that agreed to loan millions of dollars to Richmond developer Justin G. French  has filed suit against the architect on two of French’s projects. The Bank of Hampton Roads claims that Todd Dykshorn of Architecture Design Office in Richmond overstated the amount of work done on the projects as part of the approval process to disburse money from the loans.
