Richmond could use more discount bus lines

boltbusThis weekend I went to NYC on a China Town bus. It’s not the most pleasant riding experience, and I wonder if Richmond could get Bolt, a bus company that offers wireless. I saw tons of them between D.C. and NYC.

The Chinatown bus company, Number 1 bus, also has free wireless internet on its bus. so What’s special about the Bolt?
